Shop Refund Policy

This refund policy applies only to ready-made templates and digital products purchased from the Diagrama Studio Shop. It does not apply to custom PowerPoint templates or custom design services.

All ready-made templates and digital products sold through the Diagrama Studio Shop are digital downloads.

Due to the nature of digital content, we generally do not offer refunds once the download or delivery of a product has begun, where the customer has expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or lack of usage, except where required by applicable law.

If you experience any technical issues (such as a corrupted file, download error, or missing content), please contact us at hello [at] diagrama [dot] studio or via the contact form. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide a working replacement file.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
