Shop Template License

1. Overview

All ready-made templates and digital products sold through the Diagrama Studio Shop are licensed, not sold.

When you purchase a template, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product under the terms below.

2. License Types

Diagrama Studio offers two license types:

Standard License

The Standard License is suitable for individuals, freelancers, and single businesses.

You may:

• Use the template for unlimited personal and commercial presentations
• Use it for your own business or brand
• Use it for presentations created for one (1) company or client
• Modify and customize the templates for your needs
• Use the templates in client work (for a single end client/project)

You may NOT:

• Share, resell, or redistribute the original files
• Upload the files to any online marketplace or template library
• Claim the design or templates as your own work
• Use the templates for multiple companies or unrelated clients under one purchase
• Sub-license, rent, or transfer the files to third parties

Extended License

The Extended License is designed for agencies, consultants, and professionals working with multiple clients or companies.

It includes everything in the Standard License, plus:

You may:

• Use the templates across unlimited client projects
• Use the templates for multiple companies or organizations
• Use in agency, studio, or freelance environments with multiple end clients

You may NOT:

• Resell, share, or distribute the original files
• Upload templates to marketplaces or template libraries
• Claim ownership of the design or files
• Repackage or redistribute as your own product

3. Ownership

All templates remain the intellectual property of Diagrama Studio.

Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the design, structure, or source files.

4. Restrictions

Under both licenses, it is strictly prohibited to:

• Resell or redistribute files in any form
• Share files with third parties outside your organization
• Upload templates to any public or private template library
• Use templates to create competing products
• Use templates in AI training datasets or automated template generation systems

5. Delivery & Format

Templates are delivered digitally via download after purchase.

No physical products will be shipped.

6. License Validity

The license is perpetual and does not expire once purchased.
