1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Diagrama Studio website, the purchase of digital products through our Shop, and, where applicable, the provision of custom design services by Diagrama Studio.

The terms relating to digital products apply only to ready-made templates and digital products purchased from the Diagrama Studio Shop. Custom PowerPoint templates and custom design services are subject to their own agreed scope, pricing, and terms.

By accessing the website, purchasing a product, or engaging Diagrama Studio for custom design services, you agree to the applicable terms.

2. Digital Products

All ready-made templates and digital products sold through the Diagrama Studio Shop are digital downloads.

No physical products will be shipped.

After successful payment, you will receive access to download the purchased files.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely by our authorized Merchant of Record, such as Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad, depending on the checkout used. The Merchant of Record handles payment processing, tax collection, and invoicing for all digital products purchased through our store.

4. License

All ready-made templates and digital products are licensed, not sold. Your use of any template is subject to the Shop Template License, which forms part of these Terms.

By purchasing a product, you agree to the applicable license terms (Standard or Extended License).

The license grants you permission to use the templates under defined conditions and does not transfer ownership of the product.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds for ready-made templates and digital products are governed by the Shop Refund Policy.

Nothing in the Shop Refund Policy or these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the digital files
• Upload templates to marketplaces or template libraries
• Claim ownership of the designs
• Use the templates in a way that violates applicable laws

7. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, and content remain the intellectual property of Diagrama Studio.

Purchasing a license grants usage rights only and does not transfer copyright or ownership.

8. Product Availability & Updates

We may update, modify, or improve our products at any time.

Updates to the same product version may be provided free of charge, but are not guaranteed for all future versions or redesigns.

9. Limitation of Liability

Diagrama Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Third-Party Services

Payments for digital template products are processed by our authorized Merchant of Record, such as Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad, depending on the checkout used. The Merchant of Record handles payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, and related compliance. While Diagrama Studio is available to assist with order-related questions, payment-related matters are handled by the applicable Merchant of Record.

Custom design services (where applicable) are provided directly by Diagrama Studio and are not processed through a Merchant of Record unless explicitly stated.
